Hindware Smart Appliances 2.00.05

The Hindware Appliances Mobile App caters to consumers seeking appliances such as Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, Air Coolers, Water Geysers, and Kitchen Appliances. The Water Purifiers and Air Purifiers fall under the Moonbow brand, while the remaining appliances bear the Hindware brand name.

This mobile application provides services for both Smart (IoT-based products) and non-Smart products. Currently, IoT functionality is available for Water Purifiers, Kitchen Chimneys, and Water Heaters. The key features of the Hindware Appliances mobile app include:

• Product Registration
• Control and Monitoring of Smart IoT-based products remotely

• Information on all Product Ranges

• Documents Management

Customer Registration: New customers must complete a one-time registration process. They can also register using Facebook or Google accounts. After registration, they can log in using their mobile number with a One-Time Password (OTP). Existing Hindware customers can use their primary mobile number to log in directly with OTP.

Product Registration: Customers can easily register new products by scanning the QR code on the product. In case a product lacks a QR code, registration can be completed by entering model details.

Control and Monitoring of IoT-based Products: Customers can manage their IoT-based home appliances remotely through the Hindware Appliances App when connected to the internet. Control features vary based on the product category.

Service Request Creation: Customers experiencing any issues with a product can create a service request within the app for both IoT and non-IoT products registered on the platform. Service requests made via phone will also be visible on the app.

Information on all Product Ranges: Customers have access to explore the complete range of products offered by Hindware Appliances.

New Product Launches and Offers: Notifications within the app keep customers informed about new product launches and special offers.

Documents Management: Users can securely store product invoices for warranty claims by uploading them through the app. Additionally, product manuals are available for direct download from within the application.
